| 摘 要： | 介绍了工业以太网以及现场总线标准CAN的特点及其应用.分析了某污水处理厂的工艺和控制要求,提出采用工业以太网和CAN总线集成的网络结构,将PCC视为分散式现场设备,充分利用贝加莱PCC"全集成自动化"方案实现了厂方管理层到现场设备层的透明访问.实际运行后证明:该方案极大地节约了项目成本,并提高了企业的生产力.

| Abstract: | The characteristics and applications of Industrial Ethernet and fieldbus standards are introduced in this paper.After analyzing the technique and control requirements of a wastewater treatment plant,Industrial Ethernet and CANbus integrated network structure is adopted,PCC is regarded as a distributed field devices.At last,the transparent visit from the management layer to the Field is realized using B&R PCC "Totally Integrated Automation" option.The actual operation proves that the project has greatly saved the costs and improved their productivity. |
