| 摘 要： | 随着无线通信的快速发展、无线传输带宽的增大,尤其是3G网络的使用,无线手持移动终端的DSP处理能力不断增强,无线移动终端已可以成为视频采集系统的终端.Windows Mobile是目前移动设备中较为流行的智能终端操作系统.对如何构建远程无线视频采集(监控)系统的关键技术进行深入的研究.并在Windows Mobile平台上实现了该系统.
