摘    要:均苯四甲酸·异辛酯·十三酯是一种性能优良的耐高温润滑油的基础油。采用非酸催化剂合成了均苯四甲酸·异辛酯·十三酯。工艺具有不用中和水洗、对设备无腐蚀的特点。最佳反应条件为均苯四酸:十三醇:辛醇=1:2.2:3.6(物质的量比),酯化温度为220℃,反应时间2.5h,催化剂用量为0.1%(对总物料量),所得产品黏度指数为80,闪点为278℃,粗产品的收率为95%。

Abstract:Di-octyl-di-tridecyl pyromellitate is a base oil of luboil with high temperature resistance and other good properties. Di-octyl-ditrideeyl pyromellitate was synthesized with using non-acid catalyst. This process needs no washing and neutralization, and has no corrosion for equipment. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: pyromellitic acid : trdecyl alcohol : octyl alcohol=1:2.2:3.6 (molar ratio), esterification temperature and time is 220℃ and 2.5h respectively, the catalyst is 0.1% of total materials. The viscosity index and flash point of the product is 80 and 278℃ respectively. The yield of crude product is 95%.
