摘    要:采用生命周期评价方法,对韶冶帝国熔炼法(Impirial Smeltin Process,简称ISP)生产过程进行了详细的清单分析,运用总能源需求、全球温暖指数、酸性指数、重金属毒性及固体废弃物5个生态因子对其生产过程的环境负荷进行了评价,定量地确定了该过程的环境影响,以此为基础,指出了韶冶ISP工艺改进的措施。研究结果可为韶冶ISP过程资源利用、能源消耗和污染控制以及最终实现环境协调性生产提供科学依据,为企业实施清洁生产工艺改造提供理论基础。

Abstract:The inventory analysis of the Imperial Smelting Process (abbreviated as ISP thereafter) practiced in Shaoguan was done by the life cycle assessment method. The environmental impacts were assessed quantitatively by using the Eco-indicators of Gross Energy Requirement (GER), Global Warming Potential (GWP), Acidification Potential (AP), Heavy Metal Equivalence (HME) and Solid Waste Burden (SWB). On the basis of the above results, the measures to improve the ISP were given. This study can provide scientific basis for resource utilization, energy consumption and pollution control, and also lay a theoretical foundation for improving and practicing pollution free technology.
