| 摘 要： | 煤矿安全生产状况与行业的经济技术发展水平密切相关。对煤矿安全生产状况的变化趋势进行分析，用数理统计分析方法建立煤矿死亡人数、百万吨死亡率与煤炭行业经济技术发展水平之间的关系模型，揭示其内在规律，提出改进煤矿安全生产措施和建议。

| Abstract: | There is a closed relationship between the safety production status in mine and the economic and technical development level in the coal industry. The paper analyzed the variation tendency of the mine safety production status. With the numerical and physical statistic analysis method, a relationship model between the fatal figure of mine, the fatal rate per million t of coal and the economic and technical development level of the coal industry. The relationship model released the inherent law and provided the measures and proposals to improve the mine safety production. |
