摘    要:选择性磁种絮凝工艺是近来发展起来的一种分选微细粒弱磁性铁矿石的新工艺。该工艺是并合原理在复杂微细粒悬浮体系颗粒间相互作用理论中应用的又一典范,其核心就是将选选择性磁种分选民高分子絮凝分选工艺有机结合中强化聚团分选,本文阐述选择性磁种絮凝工艺对美国蒂尔登铁矿石竽经试验的研究,并给出最终交响乐尼试验指标及研究结论。

Abstract:Flocculation adding selection functional magnetic seeds(particles)is a new technology developed in recent years used for dressing of fine weak magnetic iron ore.The principle of the technology lies upon the interaction among fine particles distributed in complicated suspension system.The technology is actually a good combination of flocculation process with separation process adding selection functional magnetic seeds,to strengthen aggregates formation.The paper describes the desliming test on Tilden iron ore and gives out the final desliming indexes and the research conclusion of test.
