| 摘 要： | 以北京首创集团开发的A-ZtOWn项目的建筑立面创作为载体。记录了住宅立面设计从构思到完成的整个过程，结合实践探讨了视觉影像（建筑表皮）对于现代建筑与城市的意义，以及强化视觉影像及符号的办法，文中谈及建筑思潮与理论，但作者更愿意从设计的过程来引发建筑的思考，即理论如何与实践相联系。

| Abstract: | Through elevation design of A-Z town residence developed by Beijing Capital Group, this article notes the whole stage from idea to accomplishment, and discusses about the significances of visual image （or architectural surface） to modern architecture and city and the methods of consolidating the visual image or sign. The author would like to propose the design idea combining with practical cases, that is how integrate theory with practice better. |
