| 摘 要： | 就球笼式等速万向节工作主参数--滚道截形椭圆、偏心距和滚道弧长和接触应力设计计算进行了较详细的阐述，并从等速万向节的内部结构方面分析研究了整个传动轴的振动问题，通过对传动轴振动模型的简化得出了传动轴的设计临界转速。

| Abstract: | The geometry shape of ellipse section,eccentricity and length of raceway arc and contact pressure of Birfield Constant Velocity Joint(CV)are detailed in this paper.The estimation equation of the CVJ life span is presented by the above mecntioned analyse.The simple model of vibration and critical velocity was also provided. |
