| 摘 要： | 法国的历史文化遗产概念有一个不断扩充的发展过程 ,这些概念的确立又是以相应的法律的颁布为标志的 ,逐步形成了非常完善的历史文化遗产保护制度。本文试图通过对这一过程的剖析 ,归纳法国历史文化遗产保护过程中的经验和教训 ,为中国的历史文化遗产保护事业的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | The notion of the historical and cultural heritage in France has experienced a constantly extending and developing process, their formal definitions are symbolized by the corresponding law enacted, and gradually development into a perfect historical and culture heritage preservation law. We try to summarize experiences and lessons though taking this process apart in this article and offer references for development of China historical and cultural heritage preservation cause. |
