纳米级金属粉对润滑油摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘    要:在MHK-500型环块摩擦磨损试验机上,研究了纳米级金属粉加入到矿物油中的润滑性能,结果表明, 加有纳米级金属粉的润滑油表现出优良的抗磨性能,三乙醇胺与铜粉复配具有复合效应。

Abstract:The paper investigated lubricating properties of Nano grade metal powder (diameter is 10 - 50nm) adding to mineral lubricant with MHK-500 ring - block wear tester, The teat result showed that lubricant with Nano grade metal powder had excellent performances of anti wear and TEA (triethanolamine) mixed with copper powder exited compound effect.
