摘    要:本文通过实测配流副间的油膜厚度,分别考察了转速,压力和斜盘摆角变化对油膜厚度的影响。根据实测数据综合分析,探讨了轴向柱塞泵配流副早期磨损“烧盘”的机理及其成因,并提出改善配流副工作性能的措施。

Abstract:The effect of rotational speed, pressure and swashplate swinging angle on oil film thickness is analyzed. According to the data measured, cause of fonnation and wear mechanism of axial pump port plate are probed into comprehensively. As a result, measures of improved port plate properties are put forward.
