摘    要:本文将热致型液晶与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)混合,用模压烧结的方法制备出新型的原位复合材料,实验发现这种改性后的塑料合金的耐磨性比纯PTFE有了很大的提高,是一种有应用前景的密封材料。

Abstract:In this paper, the friction and wear behaviors as well as wear - resistance mechanism of a new kind of PTFE/TLCP alloy composites were studied, experimental results showed that TLCP can in - situ form micro fibers in the composite inside so that PTFE was greatly reinforced and its wear resistance was significantly enhanced, while at the same time the friction coefficient of the composite only increased slightly. This new composite is likely to be a good seal material.
