摘    要:热流道模具非常适合成型薄壁大型塑件,针对洗衣机旋转桶塑件,利用CAE软件进行充型模拟,确定最佳进胶点数量与位置,按照理论模型进行流道尺寸计算。基于Pro/E的模具设计模块,进行三维热流道浇注系统设计,进行动、定模模仁的拼接、镶件设计,利用EMX提供的标准件完成模具全三维装配设计。通过参数化建模技术,实现产品设计、模具设计和模具制造3个环节的并行开发。模具投产后,塑件尺寸、形位符合要求.

Abstract:It was very suitable for forming big plastic parts with thin wall had been produced by hot runner mold.The whole filling process of plastic injection was simulated by CAE software focused on spin-tub of washing machine.Optimized number and location of gate had been identified according to result of simulation,computation of runner size had been finished refer to theology model of melt plastic.Components of hot runner system,core and cavity had been designed based on mold-design module of Pro/E.Whole 3D model of plastic injection mold had been achieved by utilizing standard parts in EMX.Product design,mold design and manufacture had been realized concurrently by parametrical modeling technology.Qualified plastic parts had been produced successfully by mold.
