基于Moldflow的注塑模流道平衡与螺杆速度曲线关系分析

摘    要:在不同体积型腔的模具流道设计中,利用MPI软件对组合型腔的熔体流动进行对比分析,得到能够使注射达到尽可能平衡的流道设计。此外,再辅以螺杆速度曲线的调节,最后利用分析出的比例值确定产品流道截面的尺寸,尽可能减小了塑件的缺陷。

Abstract:Different volume of cavity flow path design of dies and moulds,using MPI software for combination cavity of comparative analysis of the melt flow,the runner design which made injection to achieve as balanced was achieved.In addition,supplemented by a screw speed curves adjustment,last used value would determine the product flow analysis of road section of the size,minimize the defects of plastic parts.
