摘    要:微换热器以换热表面大,易于加工成型为特点,因此受到广泛的重视。实验以制品质量为实验指标,采用正交试验的F值、极差等方法分别对微型散热器成型中的主要工艺参数(注射速度、注射压力、保压压力、保压时间、模具温度、冷却时间等)进行了优化,并讨论了注射速度与注射压力之间的交互作用,同时对制品的密度,以及制品的收缩进行了分析。实验结果表明:保压时间和保压压力,对制品的影响最显著;最佳工艺条件为:保压时间9 s,保压压力90 MPa,冷却时间35 s,背压15 MPa,模具温度40℃,注射速度300 mm/s,注射压力200 MPa;密度方法对于微型换热器的评价不是很显著。实验为微换热器的微注射成型提供有益的技术基础。

Abstract:The characters of micro heat exchanger were easier to process and had larger surface.The quality of products was the most important experimental index in the experiment.The various process parameters,such as injection velocity,injection pressure,packing pressure,packing time,mold temperature,cooling time,were optimized through the F value of the orthogonal test and the range analysis(RS).And the interaction of the injection velocity and the injection pressure was discussed,and other experimental indexes such as the density and the contraction of the product were used.The result showed that the optimal injection parameters was the holding time of 9 s,the packing pressure of 90 MPa,the cooling time of 35 s,the back pressure of 15 MPa,the mold temperature of 40 ℃,injection velocity of 300 mm/s,the injection pressure of 200 MPa in the micro-injection molding of micro heat exchanger,which could provide a useful technology base for the micro-injection molding.
