| 摘 要： | 西气东输管道工程第10B标段,长5.12km,位于甘肃省景泰县境内的沼泽地,该地段地下水位低,淤泥层较厚,渗透性差,导致施工设备进场困难、管材无法运输、管沟不易成型。经过调研和反复现场勘察,确定的总体施工方案为:挖明沟排水,作业带晾晒,正常组对焊接,沉管下沟。文章介绍了该方案的具体施工工艺。工程实践表明,这种方法成功解决了沼泽地段管道施工的实际困难,在施工进度、质量和成本上都取得了满意的结果,可为类似地区的管道施工提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The10B bidding sectio n of West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project,5.12km long,is located in swampland of Jintai county,Ganshu province.Because of low water table,thi ck silt and poor penetrability,it is difficult to enable construction equipment and pipe goods to enter work site.Trenches are not easily shaped.Therefore t he general construction process scheme is worked out as fol-lows:open trench drainage,work site dried in the sun,conventional butt welding,and pipe laid down into trench.The details of the scheme is described in this paper. |
