| 摘 要： | 产品的快速变型设计需要建立合理的产品结构模型。根据产品变型设计的特点和产品配置管理的需求,本文研究了一种基于装配拓扑树产品结构模型,描述了产品及其零部件之间的并、或、异或等约束关系和选择条件,并以面向对象的方法构造了产品结构模型类和基于参数的事物特性表,通过参数化设计,实现从零部件类到零部件实例的转化。

| Abstract: | Rapid product design (RPD) needs a logical product structure model. According to the requirement of rapid product design, a product structure model was investigated based on the assembly topology tree. The model describes the constraint relations and the selection conditions between the components and parts, and by using the object-oriented method the product model classes and the tabular layouts of article characteristics were built up. By using the tabular layouts of article characteristics, product can be designed quickly and accurately. |
