摘    要:本文详细阐述了饲料加工和贮藏过程中,能明显地影响维生素稳定性的重要因素,如温度,压力,摩擦,水分,调节时间,光,氧气和饲料成分等。为了改善维生素的稳定性,重点介绍了维生素设计中的新工艺以及如何避免维生素损失的方法。

Abstract:This paper makes a detailed exposition of the impact of the factors in the courses of feed manufacturing and storage on the stability of vitamins, such as temperature, pressure, friction, moisture content, conditioning time, light, oxygen, ingredients and etc. To improve vitamin stability, it focuses on the new technology of vitamin application and the method for eliminating vitamin loss.
