摘    要:为了确定吸附天然气汽车的储气罐在充放气时的热效应及其对储气量的影响,实验室利用自行设计的天然气吸附评价装置,研究了富微孔炭质吸附剂吸附天然气的热效应。结果表明,在室温下充气时最高温度可超过 75℃,放气时最低温度可低于-5℃。充气时最高温度随充气速度的增大而升高,放气时最低温度随放气速度的增大而降低,但当充放气超过一定时间后,这种因热效应带来的吸附床层的温度变化明显减缓。快速充气时,因热效应的影响,吸附剂的天然气储气量体积分数大约有 16%—23%的下降。

Abstract:In order to determine the adsorption and desorption heat and the stored natural gas amounts during (adsorption) and desorption for adsorption natural gas vehicle, an appraisal apparatus for natural gas adsorption was (designed) in lab. The heat effect produced by adsorption of natural gas on high microporous adsorbents was (investigated). The experiment results show that the highest temperature can be above 75 ℃ during adsorption and the lowest temperature can be below -5 ℃ during desorption. The highest temperature in the adsorption vessel (increases) along with the increase of gas-charging velocity and the lowest temperature decreases when the deflation time is (abbreviated). When the charging time is less than 5 min, the delivered natural gas volume fraction is 85%—92%, which is 16%—23% lower than slower charging and slower pouring due to the heat effect.
