| 摘 要： | 济钢1^#350m^3高炉通过采用“炼铁优化专家系统”进行系统管理,改善和提高了生产技术经济指标,实现了控制－管理的一体化,在一次性投入不足70万元的情况下,年创经济效益234．24万元,实现了“高产、稳定、优质、低耗、长寿”的系统管理目标。

| Abstract: | The technical and economical indexes of the 350m 3 blast furnace in the No.1 ironmaking plant of Jinan iron and steel group were improved by the application of blast furnace optimizing expert system and implementing integration of control and management.Although the full investment was less than 700 thousand yuan,this plant had created annual economy benefits 2.344 million yuan year and realized the system management goals of high production,stable,quality,less consumption and longevity. |
