摘    要:由于硅压力传感器通过电阻的压阻效应来感应压力的变化,从根本上来讲,受到环境温度的影响比较大,从而限制了宽温区的测量精度。因此温度补偿成为压力传感器一个需要解决的重要问题。本文介绍了三次B-样条曲线拟合方法在压力传感器温度补偿中的应用。基于单片机的B-样条三次曲线拟合的温度补偿方法,实现了传感器温度的高精度补偿,提高了传感器的补偿精度和工作效率,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:The silicon piezoresistance pressure sensor produces different resistance values according to the variation of resistance's piezoresistance. It is easily affected by temperature. So the accuracy of wide range temperature of the sensor is limited. It is important to perform the temperature compensation to the sensors. A curve fitting method based on cubic B-spline is used in the temperature compensation of pressure sensors. A curve fitting algorithm based on cubic B-spline is adopted in the temperature compensation software design. The accuracy and the production efficiency of the sensors are improved. And the system has great spreading value.
