难浸含硫金精矿的微生物预氧化机理与工艺研究

摘    要:通过试验探讨了细菌氧化硫化矿物的机理,研究了用细菌氧化预处理难浸含硫金精矿的条件、方法以及金的浸出率、矿浆浓度、磨矿细度、反应时间等因素及其相互关系。检验了该氧化处理工艺的合理性。通过细菌预氧化、金的浸出率从53.4%提高到92%以上。

Abstract:Through experiments,the mechanism of bacterial oxidation of sufide ore is investigated,and the factors of pretreating the refractory sulphureous gold concentrate by bacterial oxidation,such as conditions,methods ,gold leaching rate,density of ore pulp,fineness of ore grinding,reaction time and relations among them are studied.Through bacterial oxidation,the gold leaching rate comes from 53.4% to 92%.
