Al2O3-AlCl3催化合成长链烷基酚的研究

摘    要:以长链醇和苯酚为原料,Al2O3-AlCl3为复合催化剂,合成了系列长链烷基酚。研究了酚醇比、反应温度、反应时间、三氧化二铝用量及复合催化剂用量等因素对烷基酚产率的影响。反应最佳酚醇比为1.2,AlCl3-Al2O3物质的量比为4,反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量均随烷基链的增长略有增加。

Abstract:The long chain alkylphenols were synthesized by using long chain alcohols and phenol as reactants and Al_2O_3-AlCl_3 as catalyst.The influence factors to the alkylphenols yield such us phenol to alcohol mole ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature,Al_2O_3 dosage and composite catalyst dosage were investigated.The results show that the optimum mole ratio for phenol to alcohol is 1.2,and for AlCl_3 to Al_2O_3 is 4.Besides,the reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage should be increased slightly as the alkyl chain carbon number increase.
