圆筒式加热炉内辐射室燃烧数值模拟与分析

摘    要:通过简化加热炉模型,采用非结构网格划分,选用k-ε湍流模型、PDF扩散燃烧模型和离散辐射传热模型,对一个燃烧室内二维射流燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。利用Fluent软件模拟了辐射室内的温度场和流场的分布以及燃烧过程中氮氧化合物的生成情况,讨论了燃烧参数对加热炉燃烧特性的影响,分析了空气流量和喷射角度系数变化时,燃烧室温度、气体流向及氮氧化合物生成的变化规律。

Abstract:The simplified model of the furnace,the non-structural mesh,the k-ε turbulencemodel,the simplified PDF combustion model and the discrete ordinate transfer radiation model were used to simulate the two-dimension jet combustion in a combustion chamber.Simulating combustion based on FLUENT.It shows the Temperature and Flow in Radiation Room and NOX generated by NOX model.The effect of combustion parameters on combustion characteristics of furnace was discussed,when the air and the nozzle spray angle were changed,the change regularity of the combustion chamber was analyzed.
