铝合金交流脉冲双面弧焊工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了铝合金交流脉冲双面弧焊新工艺,通过大量实验表明:采用这种工艺,可以增加一次焊接厚度,减少热输入并显著减少焊后变形,具有很好的应用前景,本文还介绍了一些防止双弧产生的技巧。

Abstract:A new technology of double-sided arc welding of alternating pulse current was introduced in this paper. After some experiments on aluminium alloy, it is found that this technology could increase the one-pass depth, reduce the heat input and remarkably reduce the workpiece distortion, etc. So, this technology has great prospect of application. Some skills to avoid the generation of double arc was introduced too.
