埕岛油田油层污染及减少污染研究

摘    要:埕岛油田是胜利油田在浅海上的重点勘探开发区,开展并做好油层保护工作具有十分重要的意义。埕岛油田馆陶组油层存在污染因素,如岩性疏松,有微粒运移;粘土含量高,遇水膨胀并分散,使渗透率降低等。造成污染的来源主要是钻井液。针对这些情况,我们开展了油层污染及减少污染的研究,选择适合海上使用的海水钻井液的配方,并使用超细碳酸钙作为屏蔽暂堵剂,对保护油层和改善钻井液性能有显著的效果。

Abstract:hengdao oil field is a key exploration and development area in the shallow sea ofShengli oil fields,it is of significance to carry out reservoir protection.Pollution factors existin Guantao Formation of Chengdao oil field,for example,loose lithology,which results inparticle migration ihigh content of clay,which will dilate and diffuse when mixing water andbring a reduction in permeability.The pollution source is drilling fluid.In view of the statusmentioned above,we have carried out the research on the reservoir pollution and pollution re-duction,selected the formula of sea water drilling fluid suitable for marine operation,appliedextra-fine carbonate as temporary plugging agent,being of obvious effects to protect reser-voir and improve the properties of drilling fiuid.
