摘    要:以含硫酸钛的工业废液为原料,NaOH为沉淀剂,利用直接沉淀法制备出纳米TiO2粉体,利用XRD、FE-TEM等分析测试手段,对粉体粒子的物相组成、晶粒尺度、微观形态进行了表征,结果表明,所制备的二氧化钛经过400℃到700℃二热处理可以获得单相锐钛矿相,颗粒尺度为7~25nm左右,在800℃处理可获得锐钛矿相和金红石相双相组织。

Abstract:Taking titanium-sulphate-containing waste liquor as raw material and sodium hydroxide as precipitating agent, the nanosized TiO2 powder could be prepared by a direct precipitation process. Phase composition, grain size and microstructure of the TiO2 powder were characterized by XRD and FE-TEM . The results show that the mono- phase anatase will be obtained after being heat-treated in the range of 400℃ to 700℃, with the grain size being 7 -25 nm, and that the dual-phase structure of anatase and rutile will be obtained after being heat-treated at 800 ℃, for the prepared TiO2.
