煤气锅炉效率计算模型研究

摘    要:锅炉热效率是衡量锅炉和机组运行经济性的重要指标,目前工程上对电厂煤气锅炉热效率的测试和计算一般都根据GB10184-1988《电站锅炉性能试验标准》进行。该标准提供了锅炉燃用气体燃料时的计算公式,但是有些计算公式是假定某些条件下的简化公式,只能用于含氮量较低的燃料,对于含氮量较高的钢铁企业副产煤气却不适用。结合煤气锅炉的燃料特性,在GB10184-1988基础上分析得到了适用于煤气锅炉效率计算的改进模型。以某钢铁厂220 t/h煤气锅炉为研究对象,通过现场实测数据对改进模型进行实例分析,结果具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The thermal efficiency of boiler is an important indicator for evaluating the operation economy of boilers and generator units. The test and calculation of the thermal effi-ciency of gas boilers are performed according to GB10184-1988 Performance Test Code of Utility Boilers, which provides calculation formulas for boilers burning gas fuel. Some of the formulas, however, are simplified ones based on certain conditions, which can only be used for fuels with low nitrogen content but cannot be applied to by-produced gases with high ni-trogen content in the steel enterprises. An improved calculating model for gas boiler efficien-cy was established based on the gas characteristics and GB10184-1988. Taking a 220 t/h gas-fired boiler in a steel company as the research object, the improved model was demon-strated by on-site realtime measurement, to provide some reference value for similar work.
