Abstract:Smiling service is the basic content of food and beverage service, and it is also the important external expressive form for excellent attitude of services. At the time of paying attention to the development of new products by the food and beverage enterprises the attendant personnel should also heighten the level of smiling service. Along with the more and more intense market competition among food and beverage trades smiling service has become a new move in good quality service for food and beverage enterprises and important counter while they participate in the market competition.
