摘    要:阐述了固体力学的有限元理论,分析了钻杆通过水平径向井转向器过程中的受力情况,并根据钻杆的受力特点和计算机硬件条件,对基于ANSYS54的钻杆有限元分析模型作了适当的简化,探求了一种钻杆通过转向器力学分析的近似而省时的计算方法。分析认为,钻杆在从一种轨迹曲线段到另一种曲线段的变形处,应力较大,均达到较强的塑变状态,而在同一轨迹曲线段的中间部位应力相对较小。

Abstract:The finite element theory of solid mechanics is expounded. The forces on the drill pipe passing through the whipstock in a horizontal radial hole are analyzed. The ANSYS5 4 based finite element analysis model for drill pipe is simplified, and an approximate and efficient calculating method for force analysis of drill pipe passing through the whipstock is proposed. Analysis shows that, when the drill pipe is in the transitional area between two segments of slideway, the stress is large, and large plastic deformation is produced, while in the middle part of a slideway, the stress is relatively minor.
