| Abstract: | This paper analysed the influence of blended cotton fiber maturity and its distribution on the forming of neps in the spinning system, the conclusion based on experiments is that the fiber whose maturity coofficient is below 1 25 is more likely to form neps, and that the neps whose average maturity coofficient is below 1.25 constitute the majority of the spinning generative neps. |
