| 摘 要： | 针对砌体工程特别是住宅工程顶层墙体裂缝出现较多的现象，根据裂缝发展变化的特点，通过理论与实践的对比，查证了产生裂缝的原因是温度变形所致，同时提出防治裂缝的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the phenomena that cracks often appear in wall body of masonry structure top floor especially residence building top floor, based on crack development change characters and contrast between theory and practice the result that temperature is one of important reasons caused cracks is obtained, at the same time the measures that prevent cracks appearance are given. |
