催化裂化装置设计中应考虑的能耗问题

摘    要:简要分析了目前我国催化裂化装置的能耗及其主要构成状况 ,阐述了在催化裂化装置设计中的节能措施 ,如 :减少反应 再生系统的散热损失、装置的整体布局合理以减少管路压力损失、烟气能量充分回收、能量逐级回收和逐级利用等。

Abstract:Energy consumption status quo of domestic FCC units has been analyzed and the energy conservation measures in FCC unit design have been expounded as follows: (1) Reducing heat dispersion in reaction-regeneration system; (2) Reasonable arrangement of the whole unit to reduce pressure loss in pipeline. (3) Sufficiently reco- vering energy from the flue gas. (4) Graded recovery and utilization of the energy.
