| Abstract: | The development situation of large-size oxygenerator technique in overseas over the years, such as the applicationsof the filling material tower, the porus-type condensing evoporator, the air-cheaning by changing adsorption pressure, the producing argon by all rectificting method, etc., are presented. Thus the developing trend in future can be seen. |
