螺杆泵井抽油杆扶正器结构研究

摘    要:根据螺杆泵井抽油杆柱受力和旋转运动规律,设计了抽油杆扶正器。该扶正器由扶正器杆体、承磨层、承磨圆筒、支撑件和接箍组成,将其安装在2根抽油杆之间,下入油井的油管内。工作时,旋转的扶正器杆体相当于轴承的转轴,不旋转的承磨圆筒相当于轴瓦,配用高寿命的耐磨材料,从而延长其使用寿命。支撑件不随扶正器旋转,液体流动通道位置固定,能够保持液体流动畅通。现场应用表明,这种扶正器结构简单,安装方便,能对抽油杆起到良好的扶正作用,可有效防止杆管偏磨。

Study of sucker rod's centralizer structure in progressive cavity pump well
Abstract:According to the sucker rod force and rotating rule in progressive cavity pump well,the sucker rod's centralizer is designed.The centralizer is made up of rod body,wear-bearing layer,wear-bearing cylinder,supporting unit and collar,and it is installed between two sucker rods and run down into the tubing.When working,the rotating sucker rod body is similar to the rotating shaft of the bearing,and the non-rotating wear-bearing cylinder is similar to the bush.The working life is extended by using the long-life wear-resistant material.The supporting unit doesn't rotate along with the centralizer.The position of liquid flowing channel is fixed,keeping the liquid flow smooth.The field application indicates that the centralizer features simple structure,convenient installation and good centralizing effect for sucker rod.When applied in the progressive cavity pump well,it can effectively prevent the wear between sucker rod and tubing.
