摘    要:研究了 2 .2 5Cr- 1 Mo钢焊接接头蠕变时母材和焊缝中的 Mo2 C的变化规律。试验结果表明 ,在焊接接头中 Mo2 C呈针状、片状和碎屑状三种形貌 ,但主要以针状形态析出 ,当以片状或碎屑状析出时 ,会使材料的蠕变抗力降低。针状 Mo2 C在铁素体中比在贝氏体中尺寸粗大

Abstract:The transformation of Mo 2C carbide in 2.25Cr 1Mo steel welded joints during creep rupture test was studied. The results showed that Mo 2C carbide was found in the joints with three kinds of morphology which were needle, slice and rag but most of them were needle. The creep resistance was decreased when the slice and rag type Mo 2C carbide appeard. The needle like Mo 2C carbide was coarser in ferrite than in bainite.
