有杆泵井管杆材料电化学腐蚀行为实验研究

摘    要:为探讨电化学腐蚀对抽油井中管杆磨蚀的影响,选取油田常用的4种管杆材料分别在不同污水环境下进行了电极电位和电偶腐蚀实验研究。结果表明被试验钢样电位差异不大,多数情况下不超过20 mV;有氧、短期电偶腐蚀试验表明,材料配对的电偶腐蚀现象很轻微或可忽略。

Abstract:Experimental study on electrode potential and electrochemical corrosion of four kinds of ordinary materials selected under different sewage environments was discussed,in order to ascertain the influence of electrochemical corrosion on corrosive-wear of oil tube and pumping rod.The results show that potentials of the steel sample have small difference,and don't exceed 20 mV under common instances;galvanic couple corrosion phenomenon is light or ignored under oxygen and short term.
