摘    要:为解决打叶复烤过程中加工较长(>400mm)烟叶时烟叶相互缠绕及与设备相缠绕造成预处理段堵料和后续分料不均匀、故障停机次数多、设备有效运行率低等问题,进行了烟叶分切全打叶的工艺改进实验。应用结果表明,改进后的效果明显,不仅彻底解决了以上问题,而且对主要打叶质量指标没有大的影响。在此基础上,进一步实现了既可对叶尖切两刀又可对烟叶进行单刀分切的不同加工要求。

Abstract:Longer leaves (>400 mm) tend to tangle one another and/or twisted round machine elements, which (result) in jamming or interrupted tobacco flow and frequent machine stop during processing in threshing and redrying line. Experiments on leaf cutting before threshing were carried out. The results showed that the problems mentioned above were solved perfectly, while the major quality indexes of threshing and redrying were almost uninfluenced. Different processing requirements as two-cut for tipping or one-cut for leaf cutting were achieved also.
