摘    要:目的 开发铸件凝固过程位移场数值模拟程序 .方法 采用有限元增量变刚度法计算位移场 .结果 对实际铸件进行模拟 ,结果与理论分析一致 .结论 本研究工作是进一步模拟应力场和进行热裂预测的基础 .

Abstract:Aim\ To develop the software of 3 D displacement field during solidification of steel castings. Methods\ The unknown displacement is solved by applying the nonlinear finite element analysis and stiffness increment variation method. Results\ The program has been applied to simulate the displacement field during solidification process of steel castings and well satisfactory results have been achieved. Conclusion\ This analysis is the basis of the simulation of stress field and the prediction of hot tearing during solidification of steel castings.
