| Abstract: | As the requirements for administrative capability imposed by our state's civil servant enrollment examination are growing increasingly, the training goals of the major of administration are becoming clearer. The training of administrative capability ought to include a variety of quality trainings which are required in the work of administration, and it should exert its significance in training modern administrative and managerial personnel. |
