中短途全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶的改进

摘    要:对中短途全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶进行改进,在胎面胶配方中,选用炭黑N234,并增加5份白炭黑和3份增塑剂A。结果表明,与生产配方相比,试验配方胶料的邵尔A型硬度和撕裂强度均明显提高,耐磨性能明显改善;成品轮胎的耐久性能和速度性能优于正常生产轮胎,使用寿命延长。

Abstract:The tread compound for short/middle haul TBR tire was modified,by choosing carbon black N234and adding 5phr silica and 3phr plasticizer A.The results showed that,compared with current product,the optimized compound featured higher Shore A hardness and tear strength,and better wear resistance.The endurance and speed performance of finished tire were improved,and the service time of tire was extended.
