摘    要:发射和控制信号是导弹发射车中的关键信号,研制了便携式发射和控制信号检测设备,该设备采用嵌入式PC-104计算机、嵌入式ARM微控制器、FPGA和CPLD等技术,将计算机、数据采集和JEPG2000数字图像压缩、USB数据通信、WINDOWS API编程、μCOS-II嵌入式实时系统编程、故障诊断专家系统有机结合,能够实现性能检验、故障诊断、实弹射击时实时数据记录和回放处理功能。介绍了检测系统的硬件组成和软件实现。

Abstract:The launching and controlling signal is a crucial signal in missile launching vehicle.A test equipment for launching and controlling signal has been developed.This equipment adopts embedded PC-104 computer,embedded ARM microcontroller,FPGA and CPLD technologies.And the computer technology,data collection,JEPG2000 digital image compression,USB data communication,WINDOWS API programming,real-time μCOS-II embedded systematic programming and real-time fault diagnosis expert system are connected.The functions of product inspection,fault diagnosis,the real-time data logging of firing practice and playback function are realized.The software and the hardware composition of the test system have been introduced.
