阳离子淀粉在造纸工业中的主要用途及其重要作用

阳离子淀粉具有资源丰富、价格适宜、可以降解、带正电荷、制备工艺成熟及取代度可调等优点,目前在造纸工业中已被广泛应用。该文综述了阳离子淀粉在造纸浆料中作干强剂和助留剂、造纸表面施胶中作表面施胶淀粉、造纸涂料中作涂布淀粉;造纸用施胶剂ASA和AKD中作乳化剂、造纸废水处理中作絮凝剂等的应用情况,并用实例介绍了其应用效果。

The Main Uses and Important Functions of Cationic Starch in Papermaking Industry

At present,cationic starch has been applied in the paper industry widely because of many of its advantages,such as its richness in the natural resources,reasonable price,degradable property,cationic charge,mature preparation process,adjustable substitution degree,and so on.This article summarizes the applications of the cationic starch,including its usage in pulp as dry strengthening agent and retention agent,its usage in paper surface sizing as surface sizing starch,its usage in paper coating as coating starch,its usage in ASA and AKD of paper sizing agent as emulsion agent,and its usage in papermaking wastewater treatment as flocculants,and so on.Also its application effects were introduced with industrial practice.
