摘    要:采用一种简单、经济的工艺——浸渍成型工艺成功地制备出管式固体氧化物燃料电池的NiO-YSZ阳极支撑体,然后组装成一个NiO-YSZ/YSZ/LSM-YSZ单电池。以加湿氢气为燃料,空气为氧化剂对该单电池进行测试。测得电池在800℃下最大功率密度为450 mW/cm2。随后对单电池进行约40 h的恒电流放电测试和热循环测试,电池的输出功率有较明显的下降而开路电压基本不变,通过阻抗谱分析发现,随着时间的变化,电池欧姆电阻和界面电阻均有所下降,其中,前者是电池性能衰减的主要因素。

Abstract:A simple and cost-effective dip coating technique was successfully developed to fabricate NiO-YSZ anode substrates for tubular anode-supported solid oxide fuel cell.A single cell,NiO-YSZ/YSZ/LSM-YSZ,was assembled and tested to demonstrate the feasibility of the technique applied.Using humidified hydrogen as fuel and ambient air as oxidant,the maximum power density of the cell was 450 mW/cm2 at 800 ℃.A stability test of about 40 h and the thermal cycling test were carried out and some deterioration of output power was observed,while the open circuit voltage(OCV) kept unchanged.The impedance measurements show that both the ohmic resistance and the polarization resistance increases with time and the former dominated the degradation.
