摘    要:目前各国厂家普遍采用四氯化锡偶联法生产SBR1],在聚合工艺中丁苯共聚物偶联反应的偶联效率(以下称为偶合率)对产品门尼、拉伸强度、滚动阻力都有显著影响。文章研究了以环己烷+己烷为溶剂,正丁基锂(n-BuLi)为引发剂,四氯化锡(SnCl4)为偶联剂,四氢呋喃(THF)为活性添加剂和结构调节剂的无规溶液丁苯橡胶SBR进行偶联反应时,偶联剂用量、偶联反应温度和时间、偶联前分子量大小等因素对偶联反应的影响,以及在生产中的控制方法。

Abstract:Currently,international manufacturers commonly use tin tetrachloride as a coupling agent.To manufacture SBR,there are significant effects on the Mooney viscosity,tensile strength and rolling resistance of the finished products with regard to SB coupling reaction and coupling efficiency experienced in the polymerisation process(APAO)of SB co-polymers.The paper disclosed by using cyclo-hexane plus normal hexane as a solvent,normal butyllithium as an initiating agent,tin tetrachloride(SnCl4)as a coupling agent,tetrahydrofuran(THF)as an additive and also composition regulating agent in irregular SBR solution when undergoing coupling reactions and also the method of control during production.
