| 摘 要： | 在硅橡胶中掺混入双酰胺基硅烷偶联剂后,既提高了粘接强度,又不对硅橡胶本身起增稠作用,保证涂覆工艺的可操作性。我们经过对硅烷偶联剂的广泛研究以及性质的深入分析,通过多次粘接试验,设计及合成出双酰氨基硅烷偶联剂的分子,满足了硅橡胶粘接的要求。

| Abstract: | The bonding strength of silicone rubber was increased by adding diamide-silane coupling agent,and there was no thickening power on silicone rubber.The property ensured the operability of coating process.Through extensive research and in-depth analysis of the natures of silane,the molecular of diamide-silane coupling agent was designed and synthesized.After many bonding tests,the product met the demand of silicone rubber's bonding. |
