| 摘 要： | 报道了利用生物技术，从具正常细胞质的优良自交系５００３体细胞中，选出细胞质雄性不育（ＣＭＳ）突变无性系（编号：９２－１Ａ）的初步结果。多年对９２－１Ａ分析表明，９２－１Ａ的不育性是稳定遗传的核质互作型，不育性的恢复是受１对显性核基因所控制，不育性可由反Ｂ保持、由Ｅ２８恢复。９２－１Ａ在抗大、小斑病和与Ｅ２８的配合力上，保持或略优于亲本５００３。
