| Abstract: | The original PET POY line was reformed, and the oiling control system was adjusted. The process conditions of PET POY was studied. The results showed that the obtained fine denier PET POY for warping|drawing|sizing(WDS) yields pretty good quality with suitable spinnerette at lower spinning temperature, shorter quenching length and lower take|up speed. |
