摘    要:为了降低钢中Al2O3夹杂物的含量,开发了可吸附Al2O3型结晶器保护渣,并进行了工业试验。结果表明,采用该保护渣浇铸后,与普通型保护渣相比,铸坯中的Al2O3含量降低,夹杂物数量减少0.5个/mm2,夹杂物最大粒径平均降低8μm,保护渣单耗降低0.12g/t。

Abstract:In order to reduce the content of Al2O3 inclusions in steel,the mould powder for absorbing Al2O3 inclusions is developed and corresponding industrial tests are carried out.Comparing with the conventional powder testing results show that the content of Al2O3 inclusions in casting slabs is reduced with the numbers of inclusions decreasing by 0.5 pieces/mm2,the maximum size among the inclusions reducing by 8μm on the average and unit consumption of the powder cutting down by 0.12g/t when using the mould powder.
