2-乙基蒽酮的合成研究

摘    要:以锡粉和36%~38%盐酸还原2-乙基蒽醌来合成2-乙基蒽酮,对合成过程中加料方式、回流时间、原料配比、溶剂种类等影响因素进行考察,并采用高效液相色谱对样品进行分析,得出较优的反应条件为:以冰乙酸为溶剂,n(2-乙基蒽醌)∶n(锡粉)=1∶2,每隔10min加一次盐酸,约在2h加完,回流1.5h,在此条件下合成的2-乙基蒽酮的总含量为86%。

Abstract:2-Ethylanthrone was synthesized using stannum powder and hydrochloric acid to deoxidize 2-ethylanthraquinone. Effects of adding material mode,refluxing time,reactant proportion and solvents on synthesis of 2-ethylanthrone were investigated,and the sample content was determined by HPLC. The optimal conditions were obtained as follow: acetic acid as solvent,n(2-ethylanthraquinone) ∶ n(stannum powder)=1 ∶ 2,adding hydrochloric acid once per 10 min,finished in 2 h,and refluxing 1.5 h. The total content of 2-ethylanthrone was 86%.
